This is a wonderful book--best plain swiss cheese/gruyere fondue. Also creamy ham rolls. Fried cheese. Out of print, grab this if you can get it, no matter what the condition, you won't regret it, I lOVE mine, have lovingly used it for over 25 years.

Good recipes in this book and very nice acompanying color pictures with descriptions. I have such a soft spot for these70's style cook books and this one fits the bill perfectly!

This is a fabulous fondue cookbook. Fondue cooking has regained popularity in recent years. However, fondue pots and fondue cookbooks are hard to find. This is a really good cookbook for any level of fondue chef! It includes menus, and recipes for every course, party ideas, and chafing dish favorites! You will love this cookbook!
