Comment: The pages are crisp, clean and readable with tanning throughout. The cover shows wear. There is the tiniest water damage spot on the upper part of the first few pages, otherwise, still in great shape. Most Helpful Customer Reviews

I have owned this book for several years. It's the best cooking for two book that I have, and I own several of them. The recipes are the exact amount that my husband and I eat at one meal. Most of the reccipes call for ingredients that are normally on hand which is not a feature of my other cooking for two books. They are also very tasty. One on my favorite recipes is the Lamb Chop Rice Bake on page 42. Pork Chops can easily be substituted for the lamb. If you like to cook from scratch and you want simple but delicious food, and recipes that yield an amount that's perfect for two, this is the cookbook for you.

I have owned this book since I was first married and used it almost daily to learn how to cook smaller portions while creating variety for my new husband. It helped me in so many ways. I think it's a great gift for any new bride.
