The most diverse and illustrated cookbook ever,

This book made me CRAVE a salad. It is the one an only book that has taught me how to work with greens and make them appetizing. Even my husband who is NOT a salad eater considered them a "real" meal. There is a color illustration per recipe which is very important. The photos gave me the incentive to buy the book at first.
