Poorly designed, cheaply constructed. In spite of its sturdy appearance the weight of the towels pulled the arms down until the arm assembly broke off from the hinge. Cheap pot metal could not hold the weight. The arms should have been connected to the top of the hinge, not the bottom.

We purchased one and it lasted about one month before the very cheap potmetal construction broke. Piece of junk.

It seems that all 3-arm towel bars sag a little. If the arms are flexible enough to swing, they flex enough that some things fall off. I put those plastic gizmos for keeping socks together (in the wash)on the ends of the bars and that helps.
I looked in several stores for a towel bar like this- I wanted to replace a cheaper one that really sagged. This one is good-looking and a reasonable price.
One of the arms came with a dent in it, not enough to send it back, but still.

This has turned out to work just perfectly in our small kitchen for hanging our young one's bibs or a kitchen towel or for candle making (which was our first purpose in purchasing it). Would buy it again in a heartbeat!

I always have difficulty finding a functional place to hang kitchen towels so folks don't drip all over the counters trying to dry their hands. Have used this type of towel rack in three different homes and it has worked well in each. Hangs above my sink and holds hand and dish towels. Also folds back so it's out of the way/view out of the window.

What should be a simple installation has turned into a nightmare!!!!
The template that you tape to the wall to drill holes & put in toggle bolts
DOES NOT match the actual metal piece that is secured to the wall!!! So now my
husband is attempting to drill a separate hole through the metal piece to fit the
toggles ALREADY in the wall...something so simple & what a mess...not sure it will even work!
So much for China's quality control...very disappointed.

We had our old kitchen removed and I neglected to take out the old holder. This one arrived damaged ( two of the arms with dings ) the factory said to evaluate and they would send another if I wanted. They don't rub together and can't see with the towels on. I didn't expect much better of the new ones.

I normally don't use templates if I can use the actual piece but it is really lame how bad off the template is versus the actual holes like another user pointed out.

The bottom bar is really stiff to move and when any of them are moved the entire mechanism rocks against the slide mount. I'll have to figure out what to jam behind it as it shouts "cheap" at me every time I use it.

I looked through a number of home & kitchen stores and couldn't find anything except for cheap plastic-type towel racks. This one is just what I was looking for! The small metal ones that clipped onto the cabinet doors kept sliding off. This one is sturdy and just the right size for mounting on the under-sink cabinet door. I am very happy with it and would definitely recommend this for someone who is trying to keep the clutter of towels off the kitchen counters! (it certainly could be used in other areas where smaller, hand-size towels are used too).

No more hanging them on the oven door handle! This rack allows you to grab a dry towel while the others dry.

This worked great when mounted on the side of the upper cabinets...great way to keep a two year old from stealing the kitchen towels :) Nice quality and looks nice too!
