It took less than five minutes to install this puppy! You have the choice of using both units in the same place or you can disassemble the units from the mount and install them each elsewhere.

Cleaning doesn't take much, as long as it is not exposed to dripping water (water/soap stains accumulate on the cheap chrome coating).

Refilling is a sinch since you can take the unit off of the mount or you can just take the top off of the unit and squeeze the bottle into it!

Notice the LIFETIME WARRANTY on the Pumps! It's only 2 yrs for the dispenser but guaranteed for LIFE on the Pumps! I was very glad to find company still around. I LOVED the previous one I had, which was a slightly different model (had a white flip-up housing) but made by the same company & lasted 10+ years! That older model was $11.99 in Feb 1998 & I liked it so much, I bought 3 more that year for Xmas gifts. I don't know if the original one had a Lifetime Warranty like this newer model does, but I figure the old one had WELL served its time. So rare to encounter old-fashioned good "quality" these days. I am hoping this one does as well. Just in case, I made a xerox copy of the receipt (enlarged). The funky Amazon shipping receipt looks like it might fade in a month like old school thermal fax paper. I do agree w/ the other reviewer about the plastic chrome looking a bit cheap. I'm guessing it's the 'waterspots' they're talking about that make it look that way. I just give mine a quick wipe w/ my towel after showering & it keeps it looking sparkling!

Update Jan 2011 - Still have it, still using it, still LOVE IT! I DID contact the company recently because one of the pumps wore out after I had cleaned it (pressing it repeatedly to rinse out the conditioner). They sent me 4 or 5 replacement pump parts for the cost of shipping (about $7 from Canada). The replacement pumps come w/ instructions but was a little tricky to replace. The bottom piece of the dispenser is pretty difficult to pry off but once I did & replaced the pump part, it's working FINE again & I now have spares in case any of them wear out again.

After a fire gutted our b&b, had to replace previous shampoo/soap dispensers. Out of eight bath/showers, three have already (in 3 months) been knocked out and broken by guests. Installation was easy, refill easy. Would like to replace them all, but unit stays great attached to shower wall. We never had this problem with the old (different brand) dispensers. Would be great if they sold replacement chambers.

I bought a three-chamber dispenser a couple of years ago for our master bath shower, and I still smile every morning when a perfectly measured glop of shampoo hits the palm of my hand. I wanted our guests and children to have the same utopian experience in the other showers in our home so I recently purchased two more dispensers.

Follow the mounting instructions; let the glue dry over night; prime the pumps with your favorite products and ENJOY!!!

I love this product. The chrome finish is very nice and between the two dispensers are two hooks that you can use for loofas, etc. This product can also save you money on Shampoo, Conditioner, or Body Wash because it helps limit waste. A year ago I relocated and I took this dispenser with me. To my surprise it didn't break when I removed it from my shower. Another great thing about having a dispenser of any capacity is that it reduces clutter, which if you're anything like me, is a major plus.

No problems. Stuck to the wall easily and securly. Works as advertised. I would purchase again.

I picked this up today at Bed, Bath and Beyond. It looks ok... I put my shampoo in it (and just enough to test it) but basically if you have very long hair (it is pretty far down my back, past the middle of my back) this is useless for your shampoo. I will have to pump the thing 20 or more times to get a good handful of shampoo... if you are using it for bodywash it will prob be great... but personally I switch it up so much with soaps that I can't commit to filling this dispenser with it. I bought this hoping to be able to fill it with the shampoo I use because the bottle is so hard to open, but having to pump this 20+ times makes it easier to deal with the shampoo bottle.

I really like this product for its convenience however, it does not dispense my conditioner properly because of the consistency of the conditioner. Instead, I put my shampoo in one chamber and my body wash in the other. Not a total loss, but not what I bought the product for.

My 9 y/o son had been using an insane amount of body wash and shampoo during his nightly showers. We'd tried pump bottles for a while, but our shower is small and the sound of them falling off the shelf scared the heck out of me each night. I decided to try this shower dispenser and figured for the price I'd be happy if it worked even somewhat okay.

Well, it's great! We had the thing installed in just a few minutes. I was impressed how easy it is to fill. My son has no problem using the dispenser with his little hands, even when they're soapy. And best yet, we're not going through bottles of shampoo and body wash every 3 days now!

i cant beieve i lived without this, and the costs i saved. actually looks good with my decor. saves on waste. this is well worth the price. i ordered an additional one for the sink. cant believe how much i saved on waste from pouring into hand. does not drip. i havent bought any shampoo or conditioner since i installed this. cuts on waste. hioghly recommended. oh yeah! easy to install.
