I bought four of these, three have stopped working after a little over three months, the fourth is starting to fail as well. Unfortunately, you only get a 90 day warranty. Go figure.

So unless you want to burn money, stay away!

I bought two of them, 1 stopped working and the other one started dispensing really really slow. Terrible quality.

Totally waste of money. Wont work for more than a month. I bought 4 of these. It is a piece of junk. Very poor quality........Stay away....

I agree with all the previous customer reviews. I bought 4 of them 2 have failed after several months and they go through batteries like you would not believe. Lucky to get more then 6 weeks per set of 4 batteries while the manufacture boosts 'Long Battery Life' (10,000 cycles) don't count on more then 500 cycles.
Stay Away, once you attach this semi permanent device on a wall your committed to them for life. (unless you like holes in your walls).

this thing stopped working after a month...at first I thought maybe the soap blocked the opening...which would require me to dump out the entire content to clean it, then pour back the content...I never go to it..then the light stopped blinking...maybe battery's out? but only after a month?

would not buy again...don't recommend it...

oh, when it did work when I first installed it, I noticed soap continued to drip even after I take my hand away from underneath it...too strong of a sensor?

I bought this due to price...big mistake..it stop working early in the game...but guess what..i bouhgt another one..WHY?...cause I already drilled holes in my bloody tiles so I have to replace it.

Hopefully the second one would work.

I purchased several of these hoping one would finally continue working. They all stop working at some point, the longest it took was 2 months.

it's hard to find an automatic soap dispenser that small enough to put it at home. This one is a good size and doesn't require to use certain soap. But the soap you put in can't be too thick or too watery. It won't come out if it's too thick and it keeps on dripping if it's too watery. The battery runs out really fast.

bought 2, attached them to the wall, both broke within 1 month. please do not buy this product

Don't waste your money. My wife brought two of these soap dispensers. They both stopped working in less than a month. Total JUNK.
