Charles Coonradt hit a home run with The Better People Leader. It is an easy read and I highly recommend it for anyone in a leadership position. I coach and teach leaders on a regular basis. Chuck's book addresses the "soft skills" of leadership. It intorduces the fundamentals so often overlooked...any leader who will practice these fundamentals will become a dynamic, influential leader.

This book combines the many principles of leading people into one document. If you are a manager, parent, volunteer, member of a group, or just want to better understand the how's and why's of dealing with people, then you must read this book. Every person and organization will benefit from the concepts shared within these pages. I teach management throughout the world, and management begins with understanding people. My hat is tipped to author Chuck Coonradt - he hit the home run!

Well Coonradt has done it again! His ability to refocus the attention of leaders who are much to busy is truly a gift. The simplicity of the "Better People Leader" should be ingrained in every executive, yet we find ourselves distracted from the most important issue in business, "Our people".......

Having read some of his other books, (Game of Work, Managing the Obvious), Mr. Coonradt once again reminds us that we can never become to busy to develop our people. This is a wonderful book that reminds us people are the most valuable part of any business. I recommend this book to anyone that is interested in positively influencing people at work, family or friends.
