This is a great series of tapes. A friend of mine lent the beginner's one to me and when I first saw the box I thought it was going to be a corny "how-to" sex tape. But it's actually a great, real yoga routine that's different from anything you'll get in a gym. I bought the next two tapes and have been doing the routines on my own ever since. Before I saw the videos I didn't really believe that yoga could help my sex life, but boy was I wrong! I've been doing the routines for a few weeks now and I feel so much more relaxed in bed, plus I can go all night without getting tired... It's even helped for dates -- I feel confident and sexy because I know I'll knock the socks off the guy later that night, if he's lucky enough to have me bring him home! The Better Sex Through Yoga tapes should be required viewing for everyone doing the dating thing ... actually, for anyone having sex at all!

Starting with DVD 1, and now up to 2..I can't wait to get to 3!!
Jacquie, the instructor, is better than any personal training session, or workout class I've taken. Her voice is soothing, great instruction..she's got an amazing body, and clearly is very intouch with her body.
My body feels more limber eachh time I do the video, and I'm definitely stronger and more flexible in bed. feel sexy, and look forward to bedtime more than ever.My boyfriend is recommedning it his friends to give to their girlfriends for Christmas.

I gave this set of videos to my girl friend last week at her birthday party and when she opened her gifts all the girls at the party went crazy checking them out, giggling, saying what a great gift they are on and on. Yesterday she did one and afterwards blew me away! We, yes me and her, couldn't believe the difference. What an easy gift. Secretly sending one to my boss, she needs it!

Strong , sexy, confident...Its interesting to me how this video series approaches how to improve your sex life. I have many "Better Sex' tapes of what to do in bed, what to wear, what to say to your lover...but never did I think about actually getting "sexually fit."
I guess i always went to the gym to look sexier naked, but no, I never thought about strenthening my sexual core muscles, or loosenging my hips, or my lower back to get into impossible positions, and be comfortable in them, and be confident with my lover. These tapes are a brilliant concept, and something the "sex life' had needed for years.

They work.

This video really made me feel so much healthier! The instructor was amazing. I feel beter about my body which makes everything in life feel better. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to tone in all the right places. Enjoy!

These videos are just what my doctor ordered. I didn't realize yoga could be done with fun music and get your hips all loose and ready for you know what. Great series, I haven't done 3 yet but one and two I can do without any problems and I am new to yoga. For sure worth it.

Need i say more than the title?
Its true. My desk job left me feeling totally yucky, unsexy and undesirable.
I would crawl into bed in a frumpy set of pj's, feeling stiff and underconfident.
Well-no more..I do these tapes 4 times a week as soon as i get home.

Not only is this the BEST yoga workout I've ever done.... this is the sexiest I've ever felt. I used to worry about ligerie, perfume, etc.. and put on tons of makeup before I would try and seduce my boyfriend. Now, who needs it...I do one of the tapes (whatever i have tme for) and I am GLOWING! My body is flexible, my face is colorful ( no need for blush), and my hips are loose and strong, the blood os flowing, and I feel beter than I havein years. They promise confidence, and THEY DELIVER. I feel great.
The persone who said "this is lame" clearly is either doing the tapes wrong, or is unclear of where those "areas" are in their body....cause me and my friends do them all the time, and our sex lives have never been better.

Finally. A video that is a good workout, that makes you feel sexy, and has a unique goal in mind.
Its about time somebody took in the concept that not make-up, tight shirts, sexy talk and dim lights are the only thing to attract your lover. its true that good sex comes from within.
That my friend is the physical, not mental.
The girls in the video are innocent and cute. Its a light hearted produced video with the viewer in mind, giving them a comfortable non intimidated feeling.
The feel of the video is very different from other yoga videos i've done. Its not so stuffy. Its more comfortable, yet again, sexy.
It does really focus on what they call the "sexual core", and the music gives it a more upbeat and sexy feel, rather than a meditatioanl, spiritual vibe. I think its time for a change anyway.
Its a great workout, and i feel more confident and definitely love testing the results each time I do them!...So does my boyfriend.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
Good Valentines Day gift.

I gave this to my girlfriend as a Christmas gift. Dude, it was the best gift I've ever given.
She started doing the Beginner DVD, and it was so sexy to watch her. She has done some yoga before, so beginner DVD was a little easy for her. Thats why I gave her all 3. She's already doing the 3 Advanced, and she's getting really good at it.
I'm not sure if its the exercise part, the stretching, the sexy poses, or just the mental state the videos get you in, but somethings working for her.
She likes to do them, hop inthe shower, and them hop right into bed. Its a whole new love life, and its added some fun, like we're testing the results..
I ask her to wait until I get home from work, so I can watch her do them
They are regular yoga videos, but they make her look sexy, and clearly have moves that reach areas regualr yoga classes wouldn't.
Its only been 3 weeks, and they are working,boy.
Get em for your girl for Valentines Day....hot gift....
