This dvd opens up in a dance class setting. The instructor demonstrates a few basic moves by doing a dance routine, and then then class does it.
1st off, she doesn't give any good pointers on how to accentuate the moves to make the move look as sensuous as possible. So, it's up to the viewer to try to copy what they saw, without any solid instruction.
Then it's the classes turn to put on a show for their real life lovers. And that's when things took an unexpected turn for this viewer.
Here I was thinking I was FINALLY going to get some new dance ideas, and instead every single dance resulted in the couples going at it after just a few BASIC dance moves.
I mean, they were REALLY going at it, as in, quit your grinnin and drop your linen..
The beans and franks were being relished, there was thrusting, you get the idea. I'm no prude, but it ticked me off because if I wanted to see sex, I would have ordered a porn video.
I bought this to get some new dance moves, and was left feeling ripped off.
I don't recommend this video for anyone who's interested in purchasing it for the same reasons I did, especially when there are MUCH better instructional videos out there, like S factor and Erotic Strip Dance Capture his passion, which offer a lot more moves without turning into a sex fest.

This dvd on erotic dancing covers the very basics of the dance. I would recommend it for women who just want ideas about erotic dancing not necessarily instruction. The amount of instruction on this dvd is minimal. There are 4 lessons covered which include stretching, walking, floor work and props. There is also a CD to practice to or use in an erotic dance.

The section titled "Final Exam" allows the viewer to see the students do their stripteases and the after effects of those dances. For women who want more detailed instruction on erotic dancing, I'd recommend "The Art of Erotic Dance," but I'd get this one to use to show to a lover before starting one's own sexy striptease! This dvd will definitely help to turn up the heat!

Oh my Goodness, good thing I am good with that sort of thing and I own my own lingerie site too. But the moves were not more than about 10 minutes if that, and all of a sudden they were practicing at home and getting it on, all body parts out, nothing to the imagination. If you want this to explore other things than dancing then get it, but if you TRULY wanted to learn some erotic moves look elsewhere. I am looking for something that actually does show ruotines for dancing ONLY. I can rent a porno if I wanted it for the rest of this.

Starry Night described everything perfectly. When you can find it new for under $10.00 with shipping it reminds you of the addage "You get what you pay for"

I liked the cover, Content is below average, and the DVD and case are very poor quality. Received both the original and replacement with yhe disc loose in the case... The seller admitted it is a known issue with the manufacturer that the spindles are defective... Rated the seller negative for knowingly sending defective items and will NEVER DEAL WITH SINCLAIR AGAIN... The NERVE knowingly sending DEFECTIVE products!!! Waste of Good Money. GTHRC......

I was hoping to spice up my love life but this video was a waste of time. There are about 4 minutes of actual dance instruction. The rest is of amatures like me trying to get their groove on and then soft core porn. If you are looking for some soft core porn, buy this video. If you are looking for actual instructions on how to dance erotically, DO NOT waste your money!
