I really don't have time to make my own vegetable broth, and storage is an issue for us. This product is very tasty, and it's easier to use than bouillon cubes. It is a staple ingredient in my kitchen.

The Organic Vegetable Better than Boullion is new to my kitchen and from here on I will never be without it. Measure one teaspoon per cup of hot water, stir it in, and your soup or hot drink is ready. It is a wonderful soup base. Highly recommend this for those who, like me, do not take the time to make vegetable stock. I don't think my vegetable stock would be any better than this, anyway.

I used to buy broth by the quart or can, but now I have this stuff in 3 flavors - vegetable, chicken and beef. Not only is it convenient, much cheaper than the canned stuff and delicious...but they're also organic and save space in my pantry. 3 jars vs many cans/boxes.

I love that this is a vegan & organic bullion! It is also very reasonably priced and lasts quite a while. I have bought Better Than Bullion many times, and will continue to do so. If you are trying to decided whether to try the vegetable, veg "chicken", or veg "beef" I recommend sticking with the vegetable it is the best!; unless of course you are making "chicken" noodle soup, or French onion soup.

Actually, it's the regular vegetable base I've used heretofore, and it is outstanding for adding seasoning and flavor to vegetarian dishes that are otherwise far too bland for my taste. I don't like cooking, and this base is such an easy way to pep up dishes! I like to add about 1 tsp. of this base per cup of liquid in the recipe. I'm getting the Organic Vegetable Base, as you see, and shall also try the Mushroom Base if it's meat-free.

I purchased Better Than Bouillon Organic Vegetable Base after my friend (who works in the food industry) scared me about MSGs. From what I understand, this product still contains MSGs but the amount it contains is much less than other Bouillon products. I used this product for the first time while making carrot soup which I had made several times before. Let me just say, this product is amazing! My husband and I both noticed how much better the soup tasted. I will definitely be recommending this product to all my family and friends.
