These are your classic rubber training fins; shorter than the average dive/snorkel fin. They have been used by coaches for years. Sized in Mens. Womens shoe sizes should size down 1-2 sizes. Example: Wmn shoe size 6 should order a 3-5 fin. Sorry, fin color cannot be chosen.
