When I recieved this item it was damaged. I called Superbackpack and they shipped me another. This item was also damaged. The problem being the cheap paper thin plastic material the printed image is on. It cracks when it gets cold. To make matters worse Superbackpack expected me to pay the postage to ship it back, but I contacted Amazon and they guarenteed the item and refunded me the entire amount plus the postage to send it back.
