Ingredients
Sugar, Wheat Flour Bleached, Egg White, Corn Starch, Leavening (Baking Soda, Citric Acid), Modified Corn Starch, Corn Syrup, Calcium Chloride, Corn, Modified Soy Protein, Salt, Partially Hydrogenated Soybean or Cottonseed Oil, Cellulose Gum, Artificial Flavor, Dextrose, Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (A Whipping Aid), Color (Yellow 5 & 6, Red 40, Blue 1), Nonfat Milk.

Directions
You will need: 1 1/4 cups water. 1. Move oven rack to lowest position if using angel food pan (remove other racks) or middle position is using loaf pans. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Do not grease pan(s). 2. Beat cake mix and 1 1/4 cup water in extra-large glass or metal bowl on low speed 30 seconds; beat on medium speed 1minute. Pour into ungreased pan. (Do not use Bundt cake pan or angel food pan that is smaller than 10 x 4 inch, or batter will overflow). 3. Bake as directed below or until top is dark golden brown and cracks feel very dry and not sticky. Do not underbake. Pan Size: 10 x 4 inch angel food (tube) pan; Bake Time: 37-47 minutes. Two 9 inch loaf pans; 35-45 minutes. Three 8 1/ inch loaf pans; 28-38 minutes. 4. Immediately turn pan upside down onto glass bottle, or rest each loaf pan on its side on heatproof surface, until cake is completely cool. Run knife around edges; remove from pan. Cut with serrated knife; using sawing motion, or with electric knife. Store tightly covered. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Heat oven to 325 degrees F for angel food or loaf cakes, 375 degrees F for cupcakes. Do not use 9 inch loaf pans. Stir 1/3 cup cornstarch into cake mix (dry). Increase water to 1 1/3 cups. Beat on low speed 30 seconds; beat on medium speed 3 minutes. Bake angel food pan 53-58 minutes, 8 inch loaves 53-58 minutes, cupcakes 12-20 minutes.

I was so excited to have found the Confetti Angel Food Cake Mix here at Amazon as they don't sell it in the stores here --Until I discovered that included in the list of ingredients is Sodium Lauryl Sulfate (just like in most shampoo)! I guess it's the 'fluffing agent.' On the plain white Angel Food Cake Mix, they call it 'Sodium Lauryl Flavor.' If you aren't familiar with this additive, you might want to Google 'Sodium Lauryl Sulfate' before deciding if you would really want to eat this or not...

if you own a bread maker/bread machine, toss it in with water and use the Batter Bread setting - 2 hours to hot fluffy yummy angel food cake

I have loved these cake mixes all my life. They are great. So much lighter than regular angel food cake. The cake has a wonderful smell and mixes up with one step.
