Great price!
If you like Bacos, you cannot beat the price on this. Expiration dates are only within a couple of months of when you receive the product. (Ordered 2X now--same thing) However, because these are a salty, prepared product, they last longer than the expiration dates anyway.

They expire sooner than I would have thought
I love these Bacos and you probably do too if you are ordering this many of them. Unfortunately they all expire in less than 6 months from the date ordered. I figured they would have a longer shelf life. I will either have to give some away or throw them away because I can't eat all of those in less than 6 months. For that reason I would not order them again.

I love these Bacos and you probably do too if you are ordering this many of them. Unfortunately they all expire in less than 6 months from the date ordered. I figured they would have a longer shelf life. I will either have to give some away or throw them away because I can't eat all of those in less than 6 months. For that reason I would not order them again.

BacOs Vs Bacon Salt,
By GeorgeSC "JL" (Lima, Peru) - See all my reviews I am, as a lot of people here, a bacon lover, and sometime ago i read about Bacon Salt and wonder about buying it, also, in another review someone recommended BacOs over it, and until then i have never tried a replacement of bacon of any kind. So last week arrived the box both products and regarding BacOs i would say the following. The quantity of the package is a plus, is very nice receiving 6 big shakers. The issue is that is difficult to find place to drop the bacos on, the "default" is within a salad but from there so far i hadn't chance to try different. The flavor is moderately good and its crunchy like a cereal, (i would rather have it a bit less crunchy), overall the product is not very impressive, is just OK. My final rating is a 3 stars, as always, beware that YMMV And finally comparing to Bacon salt, Bacon salt wins hands down Cheers! |
