Everyone asks for the recipe just buy them a cookbook too!
Everytime I make cookies from this cookbook people ask for the recipes. I have started to buy them as Christmas gifts and put a batch of cookies from the book with the book. If you bake any of the cookies people will ask for the recipe. Make sure you have the book handy. The Holiday Lime cookies are a big hit every time. The Almond Bonbons are as pretty as they are yummy...

Good if you live in US
All the recipes that I've tried until now, were great. However, some recipes ask for Betty Crocker products, like cake mix, or biscuit mix. I live in Peru, so there are like 1 or 2 Betty Crocker products that I can use, and half of the recipes need those products. At the end of the day, it is like I bought only half book! Same with other Betty Crocker books.

The Candy Bar Brownies are good for those who love a really sweet gooey cookie. If you like cookies this is the book for you. If you don't love cookies then buy the book and make the cookies for a friend.

You can't go wrong with betty crocker cookbooks and this is a really good solid one...it contains many tried and true cookie recipes...
