I have always loved and collected good cookbooks. Betty Crocker's Country Favorites is one of the best "comfort food" cookbooks I own and one the most used. This cookbook and also "Southern Traditions, A seasonal Cookbook" are filled with classic, traditional fare. And the pictures are great also.
