5.0 out of 5 stars Amazing.
I was quite surprised to find that in 45 seconds with 2 minutes of waiting, thing product made one of the best brownies I've had. It was very moist, and tasted freshly baked (because it is).

1.0 out of 5 stars Should I like this??
The only thing that impressed me was the speed to prepare---the so-called brownie was like a piece of kids chocolate cake with the choco syrup--you can do better at the Little Debbie shelf at the local supermaket. The price was absurd if it was on a half price discount and then I would be looking for an ice cream coupon. Sorry folks, not worth the money .

5.0 out of 5 stars Deliciosa! Try it with a scoop of ice cream..., August 28, 2006
This review is from: Betty Crocker Warm Delights, Hot Fudge Brownie, 3.1-Ounce Bowls (Pack of 8) (Grocery)
This is the review written by my wife and granddaughter about this microwave treat.

"This is a single serving size microwaveable dessert. You add a little water and empty the mix packet into the bowl and then microwave for about 45 seconds. Drizzle on the topping and let cool for 2-5 minutes (depending on how warm you want it). Enjoy right out of the bowl with a fork as is or add a scoop of ice cream.

It was chocolaty, yummy, moist and fun to eat. Yumm!" My granddaughter, a Dora fan, adds, "Deliciosa!"

4.0 out of 5 stars Very good, September 5, 2011
This review is from: Betty Crocker Warm Delights, Hot Fudge Brownie, 3.1-Ounce Bowls (Pack of 8) (Grocery)
These things taste much better than they have any right to. I prefer the cakes because they are not as sweet - though all of these are better with ice cream. The cakes are moist (the brownies less so) and the fudge is actually very, very tasty. I get them at Grocery Outlet for 50-cents each.

4.0 out of 5 stars Quick Individual Dessert, July 25, 2011

This review is from: Betty Crocker Warm Delights, Hot Fudge Brownie, 3.1-Ounce Bowls (Pack of 8) (Grocery)
Fast individual dessert that is worth a try. It's more like a yummy gooey chocolate cake than a brownie, good nonetheless. It quickly cures a hankering for something sweet and worth having on hand. THREE minutes to prepare and nuke then just wait for it to cool before you can indulge.

Psst...IF you can live without the topping, using your favorite BOX cake mix:
In a Mircrowaveable dish or Mug take 6 measured Tablespoons of cake mix + 5 Tablespoons of Water. THEN Mix well. Microwave for 55 seconds on HIGH. Check for doneness at center, I not quite done zap it again for 10 second intervals until done. Then enjoy with a spoon :)

We love Warm Delights. They are individual desserts but we usually split one between us. It makes just enough to eat and since none is left over, no over indulging. Even if you do eat a whole one, it's better than being able to help yourself to seconds. They are easy and quick to make and taste great. Yes they cost more than buying a cake mix and making a whole cake but they take less time, no added ingredients other than water, and again, no left overs. I have been buying them since they came on the market and will continue as long as they make them. The variety lets you have a different dessert each day too.

3.0 out of 5 stars Okay in a pinch...., July 25, 2010

I ordered these because of their great price on amazon at the time. I think they are okay, but the suggested cooking time is too long (I cook them 5-10 seconds less than recommended) and they do seem to have a 'chemically/processed' taste to them. Also, I really don't like heating/microwaving plastic, as the bowls are made of. Good in a pinch if you're craving a molten chocolate type dessert, but I wouldn't buy more than one at a time again.

3.0 out of 5 stars Nothing Says Lovin' Like a Microwavable Brownie...Well Sorta, September 7, 2006
This review is from: Betty Crocker Warm Delights, Hot Fudge Brownie, 3.1-Ounce Bowls (Pack of 8) (Grocery)
Leave it to Betty Crocker to resuscitate the kiddie concept of the Easy Bake-Oven to produce their Warm Delights Hot Fudge Brownie. The serving size seems to remain the same child's portion as the old 1960's toy since it barely covers the bottom of the plastic bowl that contains the dry powder mix. The directions specifically state a tablespoon plus a teaspoon of water to moisten it, and knowing how temperamental baking can be, I would not try improvising this part or else you will get chocolate mush.

Forty-five seconds in the microwave and then you squeeze a packet of sugary Fudge Topping on the top. It's not bad but just seems like skimpy gratification for the 370 calories it contains, 110 of which are fat. There's also 2 grams of trans fat, 270 mg of sodium and 61 grams of cholesterol. In other words, this is not a Weight Watchers treat by any stretch. But if you are in need of a quick chocolate fix, you could do worse. As an alternative, I suggest the much tastier Fat-Free No Pudge! Brownies you can get at Trader Joe's. Without the elaborate packaging Betty Crocker seems to think is necessary for an individual serving, you can bake a dozen and then allocate them as you wish.
