Betty Crocker Diabetic Cookbook

This is good book. But I am tried of cookbooks that use ingredients that either I don't know what are or the small grocery near my house doesn't have and probably never will. I live in a small rural town and it is over an hours drive to get to a larger store. I would rather they go back to the use of regular ingredients or if they must at least offer alternatives to those unusual ones.
