Average but handy if you're not much of a cook.,

I love to cook but find I rarely have time during the weekday since I come home around 8 so I thought this would be handy. The recipes in here are very basic and more ideal for a non-cook. I just don't find there are too many recipes that are appealing to me and I wouldn't really recommend it for those who appreciate more flavors. I may be unfair in expecting more though since after all, it is what it is - a cookbook for quick fixes. It does the job but everything seems very plain but may be a good cookbook for my husband when he is in charge of dinner given its simplicity.

I bought this cookbook for my busy daughter as a gift. She loves it! The spiral format makes it easy to leave open on the counter when using the recipies.
