You are going to find this a handy book. We all enjoy being able to put together great tasting recipes in a jiffy. You will be able to do that with this. My favorite part of this book is that many of our Bisquick favorites are no longer on the back of cards, boxes, but right there ready to go. This book has a wide variety of recipes, definately more than I thought possible for Bisquick. You are going to find this book helpful when your in search of something quick to put together for dinner.

This is a terrific cookbook. It has all the favorites from the past, lots of impossible pie recipes, and some new recipes too. Finally!! A cookbook that I'll actually use. It also has a great kids section with recipes for food and other fun things like paint and "play dough". I recommended it to all my friends and family and I'm even picking up a few for Christmas.

I was very impressed with this cookbook. Photo's are important to me to visualize what the finished recipe should look like. This book is full of photo's with practically every meal. Not just for desserts, this book has excellent one dish meals. They are easy to make and don't take a lot of time to prepare. Great for working mom's. I have tried several of the recipes in this book and they have all been "keepers". They are also good as leftovers the next day (that is if you have any left!)

Quick, easy, flavorful recipes . . . I've made quite a few recipes from this book and never had a bad meal. The cinnamon rolls are the best (and so incredibly easy to make) - no more rolls in a can for me!

I recieved this book as a Christmas gift last week and have already used this book several times.

This is one of the most handy cookbooks that I have come across. I was pleasantly surprised with the variety. In addition to standard Bisquick waffles and biscuits there are sophisticated entrees and desserts. The cocunut chicken with apricot glaze was wonderful!

This is a lavishly illustrateed book with a photo of every recipe and many illustrated side bars offering technique! Each recipe is explained step by step. The chicken and dumplings turned out perfectly thanks to the great advice!

This is a fantastic investment with so many delicious and creative recipes! This is already one of my favorite cookbooks!

This book eliminated my constant searching through torn-off box tops and monthly recipe magazines to find Bisquick recipes. This is a comprehensive collection of Bisquick favorites, with easy-to-follow instructions, and photos of every recipe.

I must have a photo of the recipe in order to get inspired to make it. This book is beautifully done with recipes that are very easy not very elaborate. Good for non-experienced cooks for fast/easy recipes.

This is a great book! I wish I could give it six stars! I am such a fan of Bisquick now. Dinners come together in no time, and many can be halfed without a problem if you need to cook just for two. I love the cinnamon rolls!! Everything I have made has been great. Just tonight I made the Impossibly Easy Mac and Cheese Pie and it was great! And the more I use this book the more I love it. My in-laws are Japanese and don`t like sweet American desserts so I made the cinnamon strussle coffee cake as a birthday cake and it was a big success. I even saw them go for seconds which rarely ever happenes. Pictures with every recipie make it so easy to deside what to make (that is if you can choose between so many great recipies). I love the many "Betty tips" through out the book, like why things may have turned out wrong. I wish I had known some of the tips for my Christmas baking, such as why my muffins turned out hard: over mixed, some times lumps are ok. Now I can cook in confidence. I also like the fact that many of the recipies can be changed to suit my family`s taste, such as adding more cheese, mushrooms instead of onions, ect. Some of the "Betty tips" even suggest changes such as apples to peaches in desserts. You just can`t go wrong with this book. It really is great. I am now looking at buying Bisquick II. As an extremely busy person, I am always looking for fast and easy things to cook and bake. The Bisquick Cookbook is perfect for me! The recipes typically call for ingredients that you have on hand and are always easy to make. For example, this weekend I woke up Saturday morning, we were snowed in, and I wanted to have something besides cereal for breakfast. I started browsing through my various cookbooks and the only one that came through for me was this one. This is a great cookbook!

I've seen different Bisquick recipes in other magazines...but it is nice to have ALL the recipes in one easy to use book! Fantastic book - easy to follow directions and lots of great pictures. I've made several of the recipes for family and I am always told "this is a keeper."
