Our favorite cookbook,

After the first three recipes that we tried turned out perfectly and tasted far better than our high expectations, this cookbook quickly became our family's favorite. The recipes are easily followed, contain common ingredients, taste delicious, and are delightfully nutritious. We find ourselves substituting beans for meat often these days. The bean recipes are very filling. We especially recommend the Black Bean Lasagna, Olive Lover's Pasta, and Italian Bean Soup.
