These recipies are delicious and easy. If you are looking for some good pasta dishes without having to buy a ton of ingredients, you will enjoy this book. I have made several of these dishes and they are turning into some of my families favorites! They are good for after work and for entertaining without getting too involved. I would reccomend this to all pasta lovers!

I have owned this cookbook for many years and love it! I just bought this copy as a gift for a friend. Great soups, varied pasta dishes to make, and they're all quick, too!

I like this cookbook. This book has clear instructions from how to make your own pasta to roasting garlic and explains the difference between romano and parmesan cheeses, as well as how to make many different pasta dishes! If you like pasta, I recommend this book. There are also many meatless dishes in the book so vegetarians would find usefull recipes also (as well as give ideas to people who are entertaining a vegetarian).. keep in mind there's alot of cheese in here, tho, so I don't think it would be well suited to a vegan.
