I stumbled on to this book at the library when I was looking for a cookie making cookbook so I could make for a bake sale. And I must say I'm glad I did! I loved it. The recipes in this book range from very easy, using boxed baking mix, to a bit advanced, like making it from scratch. But all in all they are very tasty and there is something there that is sure to please every member of the family. As for the bake sale, I made two items, the Oatmeal quick muffins using the baking mix and the Mocha Muffins made from scratch. I highly recommend it!
