This review is from: Between the Sexes (Paperback)
That pretty much sums up my attitude towards the book. I would give a whole hearted recommendation to reading "Does Christianity squash women" by Rebecca Jones instead.
If you're an out and out feminist who loves "Womyn's Studies" and thinks that its ok to refer to God as a chick, then you'll like this book. But if you believe that God made clear gender differences in creation, you won't. And like I said, the writting style isn't very engaging. |
