5.0 out of 5 stars TERRIFIC CAMPY SOUNDTRACK!
This soundtrack has it all. Turning Japanese, Too Sexy, and the indesposable, impossible to find Tarzan Boy. Add to this mix weird little sound bytes and you have a great CD!

3.0 out of 5 stars Eat Beef!
I liked it because it had a lot of songs that I used to hear on commercials. The Listerene commercial song is on it. It's pretty cool. And please do Eat Beef. I'd also encourage you to look at my review of Mission Impossible soundtrack.

4.0 out of 5 stars Tarzan Boy information, May 31, 2008

I am not so much reviewing this album as providing a guide for people to find copies of Baltimora's Tarzan Boy. If you are lucky enough to find an original album or single of the song, you will probably have to shell out $100+. So here are some alternatives on Amazon:

Original One Hit Wonders
$15.99 new (all prices listed are current as of May 08)
$8.67 used
contains the original album version of the song with the "Carribean steel band sound"

Time Life Modern Rock: Nightclubbing
$39 used
Contains a 6+ minute extended version

Beverly Hills Ninja: Original Motion Picture Soundtrack
$4.65
contains the version I heard in the clubs. 3 - 4 minutes in length. This is a dance mix, not the original album mix.

This is a worthwhile addition to any 70's thru 90's pop fan. The best songs are I'm Too Sexy, Low Rider, and Tarzan boy.

4.0 out of 5 stars better than the movie!, October 22, 1998
By A Customer
This review is from: Beverly Hills Ninja: Original Motion Picture Soundtrack (Audio CD)
one of the most entertaining cd's in my collection! this soundtrack features one-hit wonders from the 70s, 80s, and 90s, as well as several new wave obscurities plus inane bits of dialogue. the more recent "alternative" tracks are disposable, but the inclusion of baltimora's (nearly impossible to find) 80s novelty "tarzan boy" is reason enough to purchase this soundtrack. happy listening!!

5.0 out of 5 stars Beverly Hills Ninja Soundtrack, July 7, 1999
By A Customer

This is an awesome soundtrack!! With hits like "I'm Too Sexy" and "Turning Japanese" by the greatest 90's rock band The Hazies, anyone would enjoy this CD! It is full of great songs and it is a lot of fun with the dialogue parts from the movie! Everyone should pick up this soundtrack if not for The Hazies being on there alone!!
