This "Dark Justice" release contains the remaining 13 episodes of Season One that are supposed to air on CN this summer. Before ordering this release one may want to consider the annoying predilection these companies have for repackaging existing material. Personally, I will wait until next year when they will likely re-release both halves ("Shadow of Gotham") as one cheaper complete season. Episode list...

14. "Darkness"
15. "Reckoning"
16. "Nexus"
17. "Monsters"
18. "Games"
19. "Animal"
20. "Doppelganger"
21. "Unique"
22. "Hero"
23. "Choices"
24. "Epitaph"
25. "Twist"
26. "Alone"

As I find myself once again ruminating over the confusing behavior on display at CN & DC Nation I got to thinking about the old cartoon series "Peanuts". A girl named Lucy would constantly convince a boy named Charlie Brown to run up and kick a football that she would always yank away at the last moment.

What is the "brain trust" at Warner Brothers Animation thinking? These shows are relaxing fun to this middle-aged guy who just wants something to chill out with at days end. Young Justice, Green Lantern, and now "Beware"...I am really getting disgusted with investing my time in shows that they won't allow a reasonable chance to develop. BTB showed promise and I really liked their selection of villains.

A brave new take on Batman. These guys have taken so many risks with this show and yet they make it work so wonderfully. There are none of Batman's usual villains and there is a completely new sidekick. Alfred is nothing like what he is in the previous versions. Plus, each episode is exciting and thrilling. I think it was stupid of them to stop this show after the first season. I think they should develop it more. THIS story line will help prevent Batman from becoming jaded over the years and help the characters and the stories reinvent themselves. Great work! Sorry it was ended prematurely.

despite what anyone says, this is a good show simply because it goes outside the a-list villain list, Batman is actually a detective and not simply brawn here and changes it up a bit. I wish it wasn't killed off so soon, I wish they made more toys for it because I would love for it to be a part of my collection. they are currently airing the full season {part 1 & 2} show on cartoon networks toonami which is awesome. they show had incredible potential but it is what it is

I did not warm up to the series at first with the first 13 episodes. But I changed my main with episodes 14-26. I believe the were heading towards a blend of “Batman & The Outsiders meets Grant Morrison version of Batman”. Fantastic! I wished they would bring it back.

Second half of the only season. I had the Fist half of the "Beware the Batman" Series and was waiting patiently for the second half and here it is. Continuing from the first half the stories kept getting better until there were no more. I am happy with this purchase and wish there were more to this series. This has the sophistication for adults and yet clean enough for kids. Action and fun,.

It's hard getting used to a new guy doing the voice of Batman but this is a pretty good cartoon series. It introduces new enemies, at least new to me, and the story is getting better as it goes along. I'm going to buy another copy of this for my nephew.

Now the Typical Batman villains that most people are used to, but it was a nice change of pace. Also, seeing batman with a different sidekick & a much younger Alfred took some getting used to but once you did, it was a very good story.

Solid series, deserved to be treated better than what cartoon network...
This was a great series that took risks, but at the end of the day, it was still very loyal and respectful to the Batman legend. This is my favorite Batman series ever, and it is very rewatchable. All the whining online about how terrible this show is has been nothing more than entitled people... Read More
