Power Femme Metal!, August 23, 2007

This album has got to be one of my all-time favorite power metal albums. Kimberly Goss' voice is amazing, she sounds harsh and rabid in the true power metal/speed metal way, but still maintains feminity even in her most extream moments, and the guitars and keyboards are just amazing. This album features Alexi Laiho AND Jesper from In Flames on guitars so that's a real treat. This is in my opinion the best Sinergy album (taking into consideration it was a pretty damn good debut), but you definetly gotta check out To Hell and Back and Suicide By My Side. This album and band is awesome. Pure power metal with dueling guitars, heavy keyboards and harsh female vocals. Plus, there is an awesome Iron Maiden cover ('The Number of the Beast') plus two really good bonus tracks on this deluxe edition. Buy it!
