12 year old Todd Fearing can hardly wait for summer. This year, he and his best friend are flying to England with Todd's great-aunt Morbelia. She just inherited Harrowwood, the old Fearing estate, and wants to inspect her property. When Todd and his companions arrive in England,they find that Harrowwood is a crumbling stone mansion with ravens living in its tower. At night, the boys hear frightening, eerie moans. And wherever they go, they notice someone is glaring at them. The only problem is Aunt Morbelia doesn't believe anything unusual is happening!
