Seems BB&B2: Fangs Again wasn't ever released. Since it was going to be printed by Triskelion, (which went bankrupt), the rights for the stories may still be tied up and we will probably never see that anthology. Hopefully, the authors will get the rights back and we may see some of the stories published elsewhere. (info from 12/16/2008) (updated Sept2011, still currently not-available, just checking)
