Product Description

Let it rip with Beyblade, the revolutionary new high-performance tops that battle. Each ripping, spinning battle takes place in the Beystadium, a combat arena where opponents compete for the ultimate victory. Customize your Beyblade tops using four different parts: the attack ring determines how your Beyblade top will attack your opponent and how strong an attack you'll achieve; the weight disc determines how well your Beyblade top will balance and how long it will spin; the spin gear affects what direction your top will spin; and the blade base determines where your Beyblade top will move in the Beystadium. All parts are interchangeable with lots of combinations. Whether you customize your Beyblade top for high endurance or heavy-defense battle depends on your game strategy. Let it rip! Each Beyblade top and Beystadium sold separately.

5.0 out of 5 stars Master the tiger claw, August 20, 2002

Drigger s is no beyblade to make fun of. It may look weak and have bad stats but if you launch it smoothly in the middle of the stadium you've turned a combination type beyblade into a defence type. To turn it into an attack type launch Drigger s away from the middle but to keep it as a combination type aim for the center but as you "let it rip" aim a little bit higher and you have a combination type. But why am I rabbiting on about stuff like that when I'm here to teach you the tiger claw technique. Well to start "GET A DRIGGER S BEYBLADE", next well you can customize you're beyblade if you want. I suggest you use a draciel s blade base but thats all I recommend but make sure you keep the white tiger bit beast, other wise it won't work. Next launch it into the stadium (derr) and you will see to now that your beyblade is doing the tiger claw attack. Drigger s will start to wobble and not lose speed, yes it sounds like the crazy monkey attack but in battle it takes out the opponent in one hit.

You will see.

5.0 out of 5 stars Driger s shakes the beyblade world!, August 26, 2003

Amazing... This is a beyblade I purchased as a beginner; it was among some of the first few I bought. Driger s is truly unstoppable and is a great beyblade. With an improved weight disk not found in beyblade sets made in America, it is incredible. It has a spin time of three minutes and thirty seconds with a nineteen inch ripcord, even if it hits the sidewalls of the stadium. This blade's endurance is incredible. I took it to a Toys'R'Us beyblade tournament and did not loose a match. There are some beyblades that can beat it, of course, but not many and no non-customized beyblade could handle it. Between the dispute of driger f versus driger s and galeon versus driger s, driger s is better than both, although if you have good control over driger f or galeon it can beat it. Driger s is a combination blade and it shows since its attack, defense, and endurance are exceptional. The list of beyblades driger s has beaten is large and unbelievable yet true. My driger s has beaten a knight dranzer, draciel f, draciel s, draciel v (MG spin gear), metal draciel, trypio, dragoon s, dragoon f, dragoon v (MG spin gear), wyborg, wolborg 2, driger f, driger v (MG spin gear), driger v2 (MG spin gear), driger g (EG spin gear), master driger, voltaic ape (MG spin gear), metal dranzer, dranzer v (MG spin gear) on both tips, dranzer v2 (MG spin gear) on both tips, dranzer f on all three tips, galeon, a galeon with two weight disks, galzzly, a galzzly with two weight disks, roller defenser, and more. All of these have been beaten with and without the same upgraded weight disk of driger s (not found in the Hasbro starter set). Driger s can even beat some beyblades with a bigger weight disk. Pretty much the beyblades I did not list are the ones I have not fought. V and v2 blades are also very good, they have a new spin gear with a metal weight inside. They did not create these in the Hasbro American version yet. As for driger g, it has a newer spin gear called EG (engine gear) in which you wind the tip giving the beyblade an extra boost of power once it lands spinning on the stadium. It will come out after the V2 series is over with. Several various websites claim EG blades are the best and spin four times longer than the average blade. Garbage... Although Driger g has a good amount of attack power at the beginning it stinks compared to driger s with an improved weight disk, or without one for that matter, however, driger g could probably defeat a good number of non-customized beyblades. The engine gear is a cheap gimmick. Then there are GT beyblades which are supposed to spin for four times longer than the G blades, if that is true they would still stink. Back to driger s, if you want an extremely good beyblade this is it. Using a good weight disk is the key to making it as good as I claim it is. Though driger s is still very good with a regular weight disk, it is far superior with a better one. If you have any questions about driger s or any of the other beyblades I have mentioned or have not mentioned, instant message me using AIM at the following screen name: Son Goku 44335. I will try my best to answer you in an accurate and timely fashion. Thanks and remember, LET IT RIP!

5.0 out of 5 stars The Legendary Top in Beyblade series~, October 16, 2002
By
Brian Ryu (Seoul, Korea) - See all my reviews
= Durability:5.0 out of 5 stars  = Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars  = Educational:5.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: Beyblade American Hasbro Driger-S Combination Type 35 (Toy)
Here in Korea, Driger S has become a legendary top in BB series. That is because it is strong in both attack and defense. When it is shot, tilting your shooter about 45 degrees to the side, it will first stay on the edge and not move at all for a short period of time and it will move slowly after its pause, and it'll pick up its speed gradually (it might become very fast in some occasions) and because Driger's total height is so low and it is tilted, it can probably hit the other top's blade base and make it lose balance. Like I said, this top's defense is also high. when the other top tries to attack Driger, Driger will just ignore the attack; this is possible because of the shape of its attack ring. when you observe it, you could probably see that its almost totally round. this makes the other top hard to bring "heavy" damage on Driger. Driger's endurance is pretty good too, due to the shape of its blade base. it looks like it is totally flat, but if you look at it closely, it should have a small, but pointy end.

Thank you for reading my review for Driger

P.S. I recommend using Dragoon S,F, or V's weight disk (I personally put on Dragoon V's weight disk)
