Amazing, real control on the Beyblade, August 16, 2003

I'm not sure if the reviewers who say it doesn't control the direction of the Beyblade read the directions correctly. You have to charge the Beyblade on the launcher first, then leave the switch on and launch it. There is a small motor inside the Beyblade body that spins its tip clockwise or counterclockwise, so if the Beyblade is moving around the arena in one direction and you hit the trigger, it will reverse direction and move the opposite way. Move the trigger up and it will reverse its course again. Center the trigger and it will hold the Beyblade still. Great for battling, you can swing the Beyblade REALLY fast and slam into your opponent. You can dodge their attacks too. It even keeps the blade running in place for extreme endurance. If you like playing Beyblade, this new RC launcher is a must-own! Just make sure you read the directions!!

Dranzer RC: A Hit, December 29, 2003
= Durability:5.0 out of 5 stars = Fun:5.0 out of 5 stars = Educational:4.0 out of 5 stars
This review is from: Beyblade, Dranzer V, Radio Controlled, Top Launcher (Toy)
This is my review for Hasbro's Dranzer V RC Beyblade Product.
Pros:
- Uses only two AA batteries
- No extra batteries needed for the top; top has built in battery
- Long ripcord
- Launcher gives a nice grip
- You can control your Beyblade top making the battle more strategic.
- Very little assembly needed; great for beginning Beybladers
- Easy to use controls
- Simple charging feature; similar to the small RC cars (e.g. Zip Zaps)
- Attack ring has good endurance and defense in battle.
- You can change the attack ring with most Beyblade attack rings.
Cons:
- The product is supposed to be called Dranzer V2
- RC antenna is a bit long
- Only the attack ring is customizable; nothing else
- Most attack rings stick out very little from the weight disks
- Ripcord is in a curved/bent form when you open the box.
- Long Ripcord; easy to break
Tips:
- After each rip or every other rip, scratch around the area around the hole where you ripcord in. This will prevent the hole and the ripcord from wearing away
- Straighten the ripcord; fill up one sink/bowl with hot water and put the ripcord in and let it sit for a few minutes. During the few minutes, fill up a second sink/bowl (that is very close to the sink/bowl with warm water) with cold water. Quickly, take out the ripcord, straighten the ripcord with your hands, and put the ripcord in the cold water, still straightening it with your hands for at least a few minutes (more the better).
- Put a tiny small piece of tape (duct tape, masking tape, scotch tape) on the tip of the Beyblade top to stop it from scratching or/and wearing away. To make sure the tape stays on, scratch it on. Do this even if it is scratched/worn away.
- Clean tip frequently; after every rip/use.
- Use a large attack ring for more attack (e.g. Seaborg 1 or 2).
- In battle, rip the ripcord as straight as possible so it will not wear away the rip hole and rip cord.
- In battle, use the RC battles during the beginning right after you rip for better attack and endurance.
- In battle, hold the trigger inward (like a gun), right after you have ripped it and hold it.
- Use an official Hasbro Beystadium or a large saucer sled (no bumps on it) or wok.
- Point the antenna at the Top while controlling it.
- Get two of two frequencies, in case one of your friends has the same frequency, you have an alternative.
If you have any questions, e-mail/messenger me at marineangemon85@hotmail (I use the most) or laserblader@yahoo.com.
Finally, remember to "LET IT RIP!" or as they say it in Japan "GO SHOOT!"

Dranzer V is off the hook!, September 14, 2003

The newest beyblade out today is Rc Draner. That means that you can control it. If you want the best I think DrigerV is. But Dranzer has a good Endurance but it always loses to DragoonV.
