I ordered this item. When it arrived two of the eyelash containers were open and eyelashes were scattered all throughout the case. Apparently, no tape had be used to maintain the containers closed during shipping. The labels on the bottles were slapped on half heartedly. All the items listed were not in the case. I did not receive a jade stone or the written instructions in English. I did receive a DVD and it consisted of an oriental woman already prepped and receiving lash extensions while listening to spa music. There were no audible instructions. The quality of instruction in my opinion was very poor. What do you do to prepare? What should you do if something goes wrong? How to you address and instruct your client? Where is there a checklist of instructions and procedures? I could have purchased a kit from e-bay for under $50.00 for the same oriental video and quality of product. The nicest thing about the purchase was the little silver case. Interestingly enough it had an engraved plate which says "Beyond Beauty Lashes". I thought I was purchasing a kit from LaDana's Indivi-Lashes. Not what I had been anxiously awaiting.

The kit was ok but the adhesive was not something you want you want near your eyes , it bonds great but the fumes are those of crazy glue the it burns, I thought my client was just being a cry baby but when I did my own OMG !! THE LASHES WERE OK BUT I HAVE HAD BETTER WITH OTHER PROFESSIONAL KITS AS THE SAYING GOES " YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR " SOMETIMES ITS JUST BETTTER TO SPEND THE EXTRA MONEY !! LOOK INTO OTHER KITS LIKE XTEDNED BEAUTY OR LAVISH LASHES YOU WILL GET NICE RESULTS WITHOUT THE BURN THAT WILL TURN YOUR CLIENTS OFF !!
