I found this video at my local library. From the set of exercise videos that I had reviewed I found this one to contain all the elements for a good workout in just 30 minutes. It is an intermediate level workout. It offers good explanations on how to go through the workout safely and injury free.The video is visually pleasing. It contains a warm up session at the beginning and a cool down session at the end. The excercises are low impact. Your feet never leave the ground. The workout focuses on upper body, the mid section, and the legs. Five pound weights are used, but not necessary. I have been using the tape now for almost a year. I really have enjoyed it. It is almost like going to the gym. I do add my own music somtimes just for a bit a variety.
