Having purchased an 8 pack of solar decorator lights 2 months ago. We've already had to replace 4 of the batteries. One of the replacement batteries leaked battery contents into the light fixture ruining it in the process. I'm not certain the technology is perfected in these batteries yet.

We purchased nine solar lamps using these batteries and some of them leaked as well. Also, I had to replace them after about two months, and, more troubling, is the fact that they only last about two hours in the dark. I contacted the company about this and they told me that they thought their batteries needed more light than other batteries and so they would not work as well in the winter. Well, the winter is when we need the light most. So, I just wouldn't recommend these batteries or the lights they work with at all. I don't know if it is the technology because I have other solar lights that work much better and are cheaper.

Works fine, wish these batteries were cheaper, they offset the effectiveness of having solar lights when the batteries only last a year and are not cheap

We purchased six Yards and Beyond solar lights that use the 14430 LiFePO4 chemistry. Battery life has been both erratic and short. In the last year, I have bought replacement batteries from Radio Shack and three different brands on Amazon. All have had minimal consistency and life. Avoid this battery if you are purchasing solar lights.
