This was my first read of Rose Cunliffe's books. Very informative. A good read. She has a lot to say about gambling addiction. Seems to be a very genunine person.

I found Beyond the Glitz while I was looking for solutions to help me with my own gambling addiction. This book felt to me like it was just a rehashing of the court case surrounding Rosemary's son's death. While it was a tragedy, I just didn't get much into the case. It was, however, nice to be able to identify with her as a problem gambler. It was a quick read, which I liked, but I ended it thinking, "That's it?" I didn't find the answers I needed in this book.
