Product is Green Seal Certified; no chlorine is used in making this parchment paper. Even the packaging is "green" - made of 100-percent recycled material. Its oven and microwave safe, so you can wrap nearly any food item with paper - veggies, poultry, fish - and bake or microwave. Oven safe to 450 degrees. Jumbo sized roll; paper measures 65.6-feet long by 13-inches wide; 71 total square feet.

I am really satisfied with this purchase the quality is great and the price is right.
I do not agree with the reviewer who gave this 2 stars simply because the pre-cut products are more convenient.
It would be more fair to compare this with other rolled products. Pre-cut is three times the price and that does not even include the shipping.
I also did not find that the paper curls up it does not lay 100% flat but it does not curl up and get in the way
like other paper I have purchased in the supermarket.

Amazon Verified Purchase
I bought this parchment paper for two reasons: the value for 71 square feet, and the fact that it is unbleached. I've used it a few times to make cookies so far, and it's performed well both times. My wife and I use parchment paper a lot when we bake to reduce the amount of cleanup and to prolong the life of our pans. We both like that this is unbleached because it means less chemicals involved in processing the paper, which ultimately means it's healthier for you.
The only CON that I have about this product is the packaging. They need to put a cutter on the box so that you don't need to manually tear or use scissors all the time. Giving it 4 stars for that reason - the paper itself is otherwise great!
This parchment paper is a great value for what you get, and it performs well in and out of the oven. Recommended!

FYI consumers - I just bought this same product at a Whole Foods Market for $4.19. Paying $8.99 plus shipping seems like highway robbery.

Bye bye aluminum foil
This unbleached parchment paper has essentially replaced aluminum foil in my house. If the paper curls when I rip it off, I find turning it over helps it to lay flat. Read more
