I have used Beyond Gourmet unbleached parchment paper for about 5-6 years. The value is great, 71sq.ft for this price is really good, and it is enviormentally friendly also. I used to buy this in bulk whenever I had opportunity to shop at Bed Bath & Beyond. They have stopped carrying it, so I am thrilled to find it on Amazon.

This parchment is the best! Ratings should be based on the product, not shipping costs.,
By bedrestmom (Minnesota) - See all my reviews The is 100% unbleached parchment, which I love. And it's a nice sized roll, too.

Five Stars for the Paper, One Star for the Box,
This review is from: Parchment Paper (Kitchen)
I love this parchment paper for baking; it allows me to produce great baked goods. I use it for lining almost any pan in which I'm baking something and any pan which I'm using in the fudge-making process. The paper molds easily, unlike the stiffer white paper that is available in the grocery store. It releases bagel dough into the boiling water without undue sticking that would deform the product.
However, I hate the box that Frontier uses; if the paper were this bad, it would rate one star. The box is flimsy; the glue on the ends rarely sticks, and I usually have to tape the box together before I can even use the papaer. There is no metal cutter on the box, so one either must use scissors or attempt to cut with the rippled box edge. The price on this paper has gotten much higher than when I originally began using it. I'm switching brands to another unbleached paper and will do a review on the product once I receive it.
