I TOOK IT TO WORK, & EVERYONE! WHO COMES IN LOVES IT!!! THEIR FIRST QUESTION, SOMETIMES PRIOR TO HELLO, IS `WHAT IS THE NAME OF THAT MUSIC, IT'S BEAUTIFUL!' IT'S RESTFUL, BEAUTIFUL, SOOTHING, LIKE A RETREAT IN YOUR FAVORITE PLACE, WITH THE PERFECT WEATHER, & YOUR SPECIAL SOULMATE IN THE WHOLE WORLD! AND TIME IS NOT IMPORTANT! BUY IT!!!!!!! AND, IT WOULD MAKE GREAT GIFTS!

This CD was my first introduction to 'acoustic harp music'. Anyone looking for sublime, peaceful, ethereal, inter-dimensional music that connects you to the realm of Spirit ... purity ...innocence ... HERE IT IS! This CD will clear your stress. It will melt feelings of anxiety... they will disappear. It is *not* an exaggeration. In fact, the listener may well find problems and cares will be viewed from a different light. The 'sound scapes' of this pure and crystal clear stringed instrument do indeed take the listener to "beyond the horizon". The musical realm created by Hilary Stagg is one of grace, beauty, love. Sometimes we forget what a precious gift Life is ... At unexpected times, when listening to this CD, my thoughts wander -- long forgotten dreams and hopes from the past greet me and are compared with those of today. All kinds of people and events are remembered. Where I was, what I dreamed of, what I have achieved, what did not happen --- all come to mind -- new hopes and possibilities arise -- as fleeting thoughts. The Great River of Life is experienced ... a flow of many feelings, thoughts, experiences, some turbulent and some peaceful ... just let it happen! Ocassionally tears of joy and gratitude arise while experiencing the Great Spirit of Life. This CD helps the listener (who is ready) enter "the silent space within". It decreases the pounding of everyday thoughts and feelings replacing it with a nonjudgemental and accepting attitude. I listen to a lot of different new age music (Suzanne Cianni, Lorenna McKennit, Windham Hill, Michael Gettel, etc) and Hilary Stagg has recently become my favorite (my massueuse introduced me to it). When I listen to his music I'm instantly transferred to a quiet and peaceful place.

I have never enjoyed a CD as much as I have this one. It is great! It fits in at home, in the car, or relaxing out in the back yard. I LOVE IT!

I have all of Hilary Stagg's CD's and this is my favorite. Melodius Harp at it's finest. Great for yoga and meditation or just listening.

An all-around A+: I use this cd to block noise so I can work. There are no lyrics, and the volume is even, so you don't have to "wake up" to adjust the volume up or down. I just put it in a loop and play it over and over. This type of music is perfect for all but the most complex thinking tasks: it helps with both blocking noise and tightening your focus on the task at hand. The music has the extra bonus of being relaxing and cheerful. For noise at the mall I put it on an Ipod and added the Bose noise-canceling headphones. Aaaah, perfect <grin>.

I'm a yoga teacher and this music is very nice for classes, flows well, no jarring tracks or odd lyrics. A bit short at around 45 minutes so you may have to start over - no problem there, or ipod the tracks

I love Hillary Stagg's approach to the harp. It is great background music for massage.

Heavenly music. I could listen to his CDs for hours; beautiful rolling rhythms. I love harps.
