The most useful survival guide you'll ever buy!!, April 4, 2010
This review is from: Beyond 72 Hours How to Prepare for a Disaster and Stuff You need to Know after a Disaster (Paperback)
This book was very helpful. I liked the perspective and strategy provided. When disaster strikes, there is often no where to flee to, so our homes are our refuge and we need to prepare and equip them in advance, to meet our needs. If our homes are threatened or destroyed, then we have to flee and being organized to bug out can protect your life. This book covers, in detail, advance planning for both scenarios, giving you a better chance for survival. One book cannot cover everything - that takes a library, but there are a lot of links in this one to online resources, references to books with specialized knowledge, and recommendations for training classes and programs; some of them free. I have managed to follow up on several of them and found them extremely helpful. I recommend this book, even if you own several others, because of its unique grasp of the big picture.
