Jaden shares incredible wisdom and insight in this book! Although I have heard it before about the need to expand the Consciousness, this book ignited a spark of deeper understanding of how I had limited myself with my view of "energy" and 3-D Reality. The material Jaden has covered has been like a step by step instruction manual, guiding me through moving beyond limited 3-D thinking into a realm of Consious feeling and creation. The application of her work is of incredible value particularly where we have all been exposed to "false programming" that may have limited our personal and professional growth. The mindful wisdom she shares from her "heart space" is also exactly where we all need to be feeling and creating from.

I have been in energy healing for many years and have been going from good to great to incredible seminars. Latest in the list was Matrix Energetics (See the introduction book: Matrix Energetics: The Science and Art of Transformation).
Jaden Phoenix has developed her own style over the most important part to understand, whether from the latest Quantum physics understanding or from the Eastern spiritual teachings: Consciousness creates the reality you experience.

This book will get you from complete newby to the field of energy medicine to a very proficient agent of transformation with very clear exercise.

This book is truly a gift. If you are interested in exploring your consciousness this book is a must have.
I will be using this book for a long time in one way or another. It is interesting to read and full of exercises (in consciousness). Some of the exercises are just what a beginner can use but at the same time not boring for someone experienced in this area. Many exercises will take most people places they have never gone before. Some of these exercises will give you a different experience every time you do them. I have done "journey to the underworld" 10 times or so and each time is a new experience. Jaden gives ways (exercises) on how to get rid of fears and feel gratitude and so much more. I find myself opening the book like I do a menu at my favorite restaurant - I have my favorites and at the same time want to try new things. One of the advantages of consciousness (Jaden's exercises) over eating (a restaurant menu) is that you can only eat so many of your favorite dishes at a time but you are not limited in how often you can do a consciousness exercise. And once you have bought the book you can eat for free forever. I have never written a review before but I had to tell anyone who is considering this not to hesitate - you will be glad you have this book.

I've seen Jaden in several Matrix Energetics seminars and have taken several of her teleclasses -this book will not disappoint. I just got it last week and I can't put it down. Jadens straight-forward communication style and down to earth approach make it easy to understand the concepts as well as giving you the confidence that you need to take a risk and believe in yourself. The exercises are easy to understand and put to use. Highly recommend.

I was concerned I wouldn't understand where the author was going to take us when I bought the book, yet she really made it easy to understand how to work with our patterns. It's been fun playing with the exercises. Kudos on bringing the imaginative into the practical.

Consciousness, definitively not an easy talking. Author has achieved in simple words an practical exercises not only make this topic clear, but also provide a practical guide. Very recomended.

This book has become my go to "guidebook" for navigating some of the trickier aspects of life. I love the parts on patterns, finding yourself, creating meta-rules and finding joy. I have given out copies to friends and family and even use it in my classes for a reference. Can't imagine life without this delightfully written, easy to follow book. I recommend it whole heartedly.

Excellent material, step by step instructions for working claiming your full power. I liked that Jaden does not buy into the common myths for how to create your reality, looking with care at a fuller picture. This is not a book to read in one go, best to read over a number of weeks as you practice the exercises as they appear.

I took the Matrix Energetics seminar about four years ago and left it feeling unsatisfied. The best part of the weekend was being introduced to Jaden, who assisted at the seminar. I found her explanations easy to follow and down to earth. Don't get me wrong, I've worked with some unusual modalities and consciousness raising exercises, but the material was so outside my scope, I really needed some left brained back up. Jaden provided that.

When I heard she had written a book, I purchased right away. It did not disappoint. I like that Jaden is a "normal" person: no near death experiences, no angelic visions, etc. Just a logical person noticing what happens "when", and making it useful. Her clear writing style and practical exercises guide the reader to a place where more and more is possible. It's a step by step process, no magic wand. It does require some work. In this age of fast food and fast everything, it's a good reminder that what you put in affects what you get out. I found it especially helpful in the context of what I learned at the Matrix seminar, but it speaks to everyone.

I was dismayed to see a 2 star review on Amazon. The writer did include the thought that perhaps she wasn't ready for this book. If you are reading this review and are willing to invest even a small amount of time and effort in yourself, you are ready for this book. Click the buy button. It's a great investment.
