This is a very solid cookbook. It has tips and easy to follow directions. I like that it has recipes for everyday use and entertaining as well. It features many creative recipes in catagories such as: waffles, muffins, pancakes, french toast, breakfast cakes, sweetbreads, and of course oatmeal. My children especially enjoy the french toast spin using English muffins with raisins.
