Don't bother with this pamphlet,

The recommendation in this pamphlet was so bad that I threw it away (vice donating it to the library). I googled the dirt the author recommends you eat. It was not recommended because you don't know what organisms are in the dirt and some of them are hard to kill once they've colonized within you.
