This show is a quirky mix of daydream, comedy and DIY that adds up to a lot of fun. Every rurally oriented hipster must watch this show. That said, normal people will like it too.

We love this show, I remember watching it in the UK when I lived there, now Im in the US I wanted to share this with my wife, thank you amazon for being the only place I could find this.
Just like the other River cottage series this is so great and moreish, we almost watched the entire series in one go. Maybe there is less inspiring cooking than the previous series but Hugh's fun attitude and commentary coupled with his big plan keeps you hungry for more (pardon the pun).

This a wonderful series, and while not as quaint as the River Cottage seasons, it is still inspirational, funny, and beautiful.

I think he might have out done himself here! That is quite a big farm for him! I think he could have gone half that size! I love the idea of growing everything and then putting it into a restaurant. If the restaurant isn't doing well you still have meat to sell or veggies. He should have turned the old cow barn into a massive greenhouse that is heated with waste oil!
