Years ago I have read "Shattering your Strongholds" by the same author and I found it very pertinent to catching our minds in the act of thinking and to getting released from our mind blocks with the power that God gives us in prayer. It had a profound influence on my own accountability for my thinking and my existing mindsets. I gave the book away to a friend in need thinking that I learned it well. I found out with time that our minds drift away if our convictions are not renewed regularly or challenged to fight. We go back to old patterns in a very subtle way. This is what this book brings forward and teaches: how to hang on to the truth of God's word and on our new acquired liberty from old patterns/attitudes and keep centered on what is right and revealed in Jesus. I highly recommend it if you wish to take and retain control over your own mind's weaknesses and bringing them in submission to God's word.
