In 2004 Golf Digest Magazine ranked David Cook among the Top 10 Mental Side Experts in golf. He has worked with over 100 PGA TOUR professionals and has been a featured speaker at two National PGA Teaching and Coaching Summits. He has appeared on The Golf Channel and his articles have been featured in Golf Magazine, Golf Illustrated and Golf Tips. He also served as Mental Training Coach for the San Antonio Spurs from 1996 2004 which included two World Championships. He is a frequent corporate speaker and has a passion for men s ministry speaking at Christian men s gatherings throughout the country. He and his wife and two daughters split their time between Utopia, Texas and Colorado.
