I followed the instructions to the letter, but it still did not work consistently. Coffee was not hot enough and did not taste great. Very disappointed!

I just got it and I love it. It's easy to use and takes less time than the espresso machine I have. All you have to do is follow the instructions which are pretty basic especially if you've owned an espresso machine. There arer two settings one for cappuccinos and the second for "milky coffee" aka a latte. It makes the perfect amount of froth for a cappuccino. It's simple and easy just follow the directions. Duh.

Considering I live in the United Kingdom the delivery was quite quick, about a week. The parcel was delivered by DHL, I think, and was in excellent condition. As I live in Europe I had to buy a 500 watt step up transformer from 120volts to 240 volts for about £45 uk pounds. You must use espresso coffee with this machine as courser ground coffee basically didn't work and oozes out all over the sides of the machine. The instruction are comprehendable, but with difficulty. An instruction dvd comes with the machine but your dvd player has to be able to handle USA format whatever that is. When I finally got the machine up and running, I now have the perfect good quality capacino for breakfast. I highly recomend this product, do keep the machine's internal works as clean as possible and make sure you screw everything on as tight as possible before turning on. There are lights and audible alert to let you know when your coffee is ready. I haven't tried and the latte feature and don't think I ever will as I'm not keen on lattes. Go for it!
