The best pan I've ever had,

I had this fantastic pan for 2 years.
I used it every day - deep fried dishes, seared meat, sauteed veggies, pancakes, crapes, everything and anything. It never failed me. Once it accidentally got into the dishwasher and TEMPORARILY became less non-stick, yet it recovered after I used it a few times with oil. Unfortunately I allowed someone else to use it, and it got some serious scrapes on it - like any non-stick pan, it can't deal with metal forks and spatulas. (I am ready to order a new one.) Conclusion: if you stay away from the dishwasher and you use non-stick cookware safe spatulas you will enjoy this product for many years.

I already have the 12" Bialetti pan. It is a wonderful product. Works beautifully - I use it everyday to make turkey bacon and eggs for breakfast. Have not had any problem at all with burning, difficulty cleaning up, or anything else! And I feel so great knowing that it is safe AND green in everything from recycled materials to bamboo handles to the packaging.
