Purchased this as a replacement part for my Mulatta Express machine. The rubber gasket was worn after daily use for well over a year. The part works just like the original. This machine has paid for itself many times over and makes delicious lattes and cappuchinos!

Second replacement of the gaskets and filters over a couple of years, but this time, both of our pots are leaking as the pressure rises! The gaskets seem a little larger in circumference than the old ones, which did not leak very often. We've tried screwing on tighter, less tight, and in between. We make sure the surfaces are clean, with no particles on them. Very disappointed, right now.

Prior to this, like other reviewers, we've gotten hundreds of lattes and cappuccinos out of them. To be fair, we always try for cappuccinos, but some days are latte days. (Some days are iffy at Caribou and $Bucks, too, though.)
