This is the most useful item that I've ever bought. Really. If I can find a stud, I'm pretty sure ANYONE can--with this tool. I am the most girly girl and I cringe at the thought of doing anything "handy." I received this in the mail (sooner than expected) and after opening it, I found two studs in ~30 seconds. Within minutes found several. I'm no longer afraid to hang a shelf.

Fantastic little product. These rare earth magnet are like little heat seeking missiles. It locks on to its target and stays there. Accuracy is never a problem with this device.

This little gadget might look like some cheesy gimmick, but I'm here to tell ya folks, this thing works perfectly! I am doing multiple projects around the house, including an extensive kitchen remodel. The magic stud finder has not only saved me time, but most importantly, it has eliminated a ton of guesswork and missed screw holes in my drywall! I'm sure anyone can appreciate that!

I read some of the negatives. I don't have thick plaster in my home, but I can understand why it probably won't work in that respect, but for average work around a normal drywalled home, you can't get any better than this. It's so simple it's stupid. For years I used one of those battery operated deals, and it would never get it right. I wish I would have found this thing 10 years ago!

I use the Magic Stud Finder in combination with a Stanley Fat Max 77-153 laser level on an el-cheapo camera tripod. You find your studs, and put the laser lines on the magnets. It's perfect! You don't even need to mark up your walls to hang stuff! The Magic Stud Finder with the laser level is probably the best combination, and a must have for any homeowner!

I guess there is one serious downfall to this product: Beings that it's not powered, and has no sound or lights, I can't use it on myself as a "stud finder" around the ladies... ahh well.. whaddya gonna do?

It is an amazing tool for the home, 100% accuracy to locate the studs over the dry wall.
The fact it doesn't use battries even better it is a gadget to keep any where.
I recommend this product not only for home owners but for the professionals. It is so easy to use even my little kid was able to find the studs in the wall.

This tool the magic stud finder is an amazing accurate tool.I have used many before but this one is the best I have ever used.It finds studs like magic.I recommend this tool to cabinet specialists to home owners,construction crews and all handymen.Do not waste your money on anything else.I even gave magic stud finders as Christmas gifts this year and will do the same next year.

Simple is beautiful. The Magic Stud Finder simply works as advertised, where the others I have tried do not. I have purchased stud finders that do not work and don't even know where they are right now. Since I got the Magic Stud Finder I have had no need for the rest of them. You can spend alot more money for flashy looking tools that don't work, or buy a Magic Stud Finder that does, it's that simple. I feel this is the last stud finder you will ever have to buy.

I found this tool very useful it works great for hanging pictures, shelves, etc. Best of all this stud finder doesn't batteries. I would recommend this product to anyone.
