A friend of mine and I bought this product after reading an article in the newspaper. We understood that this program would enable us to record vinyl LP records to the computer and then allow us to burn a CD of this music. However, we learned that this product, Soundsoap SE, will only "clean up " music on an LP. You cannot record with this program. The seller of this product, Woodwind & Brass, refused to allow us to return the product for a refund. We had to buy another program to record the music, and the new program also has many options to clean up the music from hissing, popping, clicking, crackling,and many other problems encountered on old vinyl LPs. And so, the Soundsoap SE program is of absolutely no use to us. And my friend is a Recording Engineer that knows about this stuff.
